DESCRIPTION

The Medicine Dance map was conceived by Jonathan Horan, the Executive Director of 5Rhythms Global and Gabrielle Roth’s son. Having been immersed in the 5Rhythms practice throughout his life, he shares;

‘It was in 2000 that I first offered this map, which was and remains, really close to my heart and aligned with my story. It combines elements of the Waves, Heartbeat and Cycles maps into a workshop that bridges ancient and contemporary knowing invoking spirit to bring forth integrated healing for ourselves, for others, and in the communities we serve.'

In this journey we awaken a fierce wisdom that only comes from within. We will dance way down into our groove, stripping away the things that block us, and take refuge from the world of doing to truly connect with our deepest self, to hook up to the divine force that moves all things and become deeply rooted in the mysterious workings of our inner worlds. This is holy work that feeds the soul allowing for the creation of powerful medicine that ripples out into the world.
