DESCRIPTION

In 5Rhythms® Mirrors level work, we confront the ensemble of characters that commandeer our life's stage. These characters may range from the compliant servant to the shining star, from the submissive doormat to the visionary dreamer, from the pragmatic realist to the defiant rebel, from the mystical seeker to the artful manipulator. Each character, a diva in their own right, exerts influence over our being. Our journey into Mirrors awakens us to the pervasive roles these characters play, often undermining our genuine, spirited, and liberated self.

We do not seek to diminish the ego, but rather to integrate its aspects into a harmonious whole. By dancing through the ego's layers, we gain insight into our ego's tendencies, reactions, and defenses. This heightened awareness exposes patterns that have been unconsciously influencing our lives, when we embrace and accept the fragmented parts of ourselves, we move towards a state of inner unity and connection. This integration leads to healthier relationships, greater emotional resiliency, and a more profound sense of purpose and connection.
