DESCRIPTION

Ongoing group Online for men.

There is some of you asking for that men gathering and I am excited to offer that space for us, a space with movements, with exercises, with share, where I can combine everything that i love to work with, 5 Rhythms, Gestalt, Ritual Theater and Men work.

We create some safe space, safe enough that we can start having a deliberate and intentional act of movement that can lead us toward momentum.

Momentum demands movement, maybe a small step, but a step forward. That is how momentum starts.

This group will take place once a month for a 3 hours format.
