MUSTANG Retreat at Stowel Lake Farm
A three-night, four-day long weekend, in-person, 5Rhythms movement retreat on Salt Spring Island with Anne Marie Hogya.
Come untether your wild.
Join me for a long weekend retreat, where we’ll step away from the world to the spectacular Stowel Lake Farm located on Salt Spring Island, BC. Here, we’ll steep in nature, nourish our bodies with farm-fresh food, and move together in sun-soaked spaces. Experience nature, growth, and community in an unforgettable setting.
Like wild mustangs
we can learn to free-roam and free-range.
We can thrust off patterns that no longer fit,
follow our animal instinct
and reach out into the darkness, into the ether—rooted and rugged, real and raw.
Let’s kick up the dust,
find our wild, and
explore the mustang within.
The experience
A special experience, both wild and soft, we’ll create space to move, to breathe, for unbridled play—all designed to recharge your mind and body, and restore balance and calm.
