The Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms HeartbeatMap is a meditative movement of the five essence emotions:
FEAR protects, ANGER defends, SADNESS releases, JOY connects and COMPASSION unites.
Emotions are the colors of life. They give tone, depth, and meaning to the humanity within us. In this practice, emotions are investigated and approached as living energetic movements in the body. They are expressions of life it self, of energy, sensed through breath, rhythm and sensation.
The magic lives in embracing the mystery of feeling. In meeting what arises with openness, curiosity and gentle attention. Like children, we are invited to approach emotions with fascination. As emotions move freely, the body softens and the heart opens. Colors appear. Meaning arises. Life feels vivid, meaningful, and present.
Emotions flow like waves, like breath, like music moving through a dancing body. They carry intelligence, vitality, and messages from the heart. Emotions are energy in motion. They unite body, mind and heart and invite us into a richer experience of being alive. As emotions move from the core of our being to the surface of the skin, the heart opens naturally to empathy, connection and the simple magic of life unfolding.

Refund Policy
Cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel the workshop for any reason, the following applies:
- Up to 48hours before the start of the workshop, we will refund the entire workshop fee minus an administration fee of CHF 50.
- After that, the full workshop fee is due, unless someone from the waiting list can take your place. In this case, we will refund the full workshop fee minus an administration fee of CHF 50.
If we have to cancel the workshop, we will refund the full amount.
Please note that we cannot reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred.

WORKSHOP LEVEL DETAILS
In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
