Five days and five nights of 5Rhythms Waves & Heartbeat level27 December 2025 – 1 January 2026
Held in English and Italian
Every year we gather for New Year Dance, our midwinter celebration. A time to come indoors, to celebrate life and friendship with presence through the dance.
This gathering invites us to let go of what has been, to honour the lessons the past year has brought, and to awaken our visions for the year ahead, while tending gently to what lives in our hearts.
This year we will meet in a beautiful venue surrounded by nature, near Cortona (Arezzo, Tuscany). All activities and meals will take place at Terzo di Danciano, where a few rooms are also available for accommodation. Additional participants will be hosted at Pugnano Alto, one of the neighbouring villas just a few minutes away which is equally welcoming and full of charm.
Guided by Olivia Olla Palmer, with moments of live music by Rishi Vlote.
Limited to 45 participants. A smaller, more intimate circle than usual for us.
Seminar fee:
€300 Early Bird (before 1 December 2025)
€390 Full Price (after 1 December 2025)

Ogni anno ci ritroviamo per il New Year Dance, la nostra celebrazione di metà inverno. Un tempo per rientrare, per celebrare la vita e l’amicizia con presenza, attraverso la danza.
Questo incontro ci invita a lasciare andare ciò che è stato, ad onorare le lezioni che l’anno trascorso ci ha portato e a risvegliare le nostre visioni per l’anno che viene, prendendoci cura con dolcezza di ciò che vive nei nostri cuori.
Quest’anno ci incontreremo in un luogo meraviglioso immerso nella natura, vicino a Cortona (Arezzo, Toscana). Tutte le attività e i pasti si svolgeranno a Terzo di Danciano, dove sono disponibili anche alcune camere per l’alloggio. Gli altri partecipanti saranno ospitati a Pugnano Alto, una delle ville vicine, a pochi minuti di distanza, altrettanto accogliente e ricca di fascino.
Il seminario sarà guidato da Olivia Olla Palmer, con momenti di musica dal vivo insieme a Rishi Vlote.
Posti limitati a 45 partecipanti. Un cerchio più piccolo e intimo del solito per noi.
