DESCRIPTION
The 5Rhythms are a moving meditation practice that allows us to release tension and imagined barriers. This practice leads us to our centre, to inner stillness.How do I experience myself when I am at peace? How do I experience myself when I am not at peace? How do I want to experience myself in my daily life ?
We will use the 5Rhythms map, dance, and meditation to inspire us and recognise what brings us peace. We will open the possibility of stepping out of autopilot and beginning to make conscious choices, choosing actions that lead us to it.
With the flowing rhythm, we listen to our needs; with the staccato, we put into action what nourishes us; in the chaos, we learn to surrender completely to Peace; in the lyrical rhythm, Peace expands like a fragrance through the dance; and in stillness, you are Peace.

Come and dance with us. This workshop is open to all. No prior experience needed.
Violeta Valenzuela is a 5Rhythms accredited teacher. First woman DJ of Ecstatic Dance in Spain. Meditation instructor. Sound engineer, musician and a great passionate explorer of human nature. Her values are Humanity, Beauty, Authenticity and Creativity. Her main purpose is to guide the mind to silence. Her guidance is passionate, present, direct. Her dance is inspiring, surrendered, spontaneous. Her music is varied, evocative, vigorous. And her voice conveys exactly what she experiences.

Your place is not confirmed until we have received full payment. You can pay by bank transfer, by cash at any of our Friday classes, or by credit/debit card plus 50p for fees. The bank actually charges us 75p per online transaction, this contribution helps offset those costs.
