Gabrielle Roth said "between the head and the feet of any given person is a billion miles of unexplored wilderness."

In this weekend we will journey through the wilderness using the 5Rhythms map. We will gather our feminine qualities in Flow, masculine qualities in Staccato, in Chaos the two collide in a unpredictable beautiful mess. In Lyrical the soul dances free, no pre prescribed role, no bullshit - just you, just me, just us - integrating the gift of the journey in Stillness.

Original Skin is where we are most alive with the innocence of instinct and the powerful, vulnerable action of putting our hearts out in the world. Each of us is unique and needed, not ideal, perfect or convenient, but something extraordinary and unique. This is an invitation to come home to your original skin and dance the dance that only you can.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
