The Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms HeartbeatMap is a meditative movement of the five essential emotions:
FEAR protects, ANGER defends, SADNESS releases, JOY connects and COMPASSION unites.
Emotions are the colors of life. They give depth and meaning to our humanity. In this practice, emotions are approached as movements of energy within the body. They are expressions of life itself.
The invitation is to meet them with openness, curiosity and gentle attention. As emotions are allowed to move freely, the body softens and the heart can open. Colors appear. Meaning arises.
Emotions carry intelligence, vitality and messages from the heart. Energy in motion, inviting us into deeper intimacy with ourselves, one another and life itself.
As emotional energy moves from the core of our being to the surface of the skin, we may discover not only the freedom to express it, but also the freedom to remain present with it. From this place, the heart naturally opens to empathy, relationship and compassion.
Heartbeat becomes more than a practice of emotional expression. It becomes a practice of The Power of Loving.

Up to 4 weeks before: full refund minus a 60€ administration fee.
3 weeks before: minus a 50% processing fee.

WORKSHOP LEVEL DETAILS
In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
