DESCRIPTION
An open evening followed by a day of dancing discovery. What if all of my feelings and emotions were OK? When I let go of my mental interpretations and personal conclusions related to how I am feeling, can I access more of the Life force available to me moment by moment? The 5Rhythms Heartbeat map will guide each of us in a unique journey into deeper emotional self acceptance.Prerequisite: This is a Heartbeat level workshop. You must have done at least one full day of 5Rhythms practice with a certified teacher.

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
