DESCRIPTION
Dancing with what's behind us as we approach the winter solstice, dancing out anything we no longer need to carry,, making space for our hopes and dreams as we step into the darkest time of the year and stretching into gratitude. This workshop is grounded in the practice of the 5Rhythms. Newcomers and experienced dancers equally welcome.Price per workshop: £40/£30 (further concessionary places may be available, please ask).
