BARCELONA 5RHYTHMS SUMMER MOVE LAB

A LABORATORY OF THE BODY  - A DEEP EXPLORATION OF THE 5RHYTHMS

Join us for a 3-day workshop from July 12-14 and immerse yourself in the dance of the 5 Rhythms. Co-animated by Juli Boras and Daniel Struyf, this workshop is an invitation to dive deep into the language of the body and explore the dance within.

Embark on a journey through the Waves of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness. MOVE LAB is our collective playground to embody the wisdom of each rhythm and unlock expressive power.

This workshop is for all levels—where beginners find their rhythm, and seasoned movers deepen their practice. The dance floor calls, and everyone is welcome.
