A 5Rhythms® day long workshop that weaves movement and inquiry into a container for a personal and collective exploration of the rituals we inhabit.  

With guided personal inquiry, dyads, time in nature, and embodied practice, RITUAL offers space to renew, and reimagine how we bring meaning into our daily lives through our connection to ritual.

Participants are invited to explore the rituals already alive in their bodies: the ways we begin and end, the thresholds we cross, the patterns we repeat, and the prayers we carry.
