Rooted in 5 Rhythms Dance, we consider these questions together, in curiosity and compassion – using the deep intelligence within this meditation practice to re-form our energy patterns. Integrating this with other powerful bodies of work – including the psychology of belief, the art of manifestation, and the power of creative expression – we bring awareness and attention to our intention, to begin actively generating the future we dream of.
