DESCRIPTION

There is a fascinating and magic gap between the year that is ending and the one that has not yet taken form. It is the threshold where the past exhales and the future wait to be born.

Through the 5Rhythms we will dance and honour the old year, gathering what we want to bring with us, and releasing, what we don’t need anymore. We will awake our clear and rebel energy to unfold the beauty and power of the upcoming year.

In this magic gab we will dance and find our internal courage to breake free from old patterns, live from our centre, being more present, and finding the place, where life is lived more fully, following the dance of the heart.

Price Early Bird:

Under 30 years: 550 Danish Crowns

More than 30 years = 687,50 Danish Crowns.(incl. tax)

Price after December the 6th: Under 30 years 690 Danish Crowns and more than 30 years = 843,75 Danish Crowns (incl. tax)

It is a one day workshop from 11am to 6pm. There will be a break during the day. Please bring food, if you need it. We will provide Coffee, Tea and some sweet and salty.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PREREQUISITES: No prerequisites required.
