Tired of the usual Valentine’s Day drama? Come play with it. Turn it into dance.

We all love a good fairy tale… until real life walks in with its messy texts, wrong timing, unanswered messages, cute ghosts and sacred “NOs”.

In this 1 Day workshop (+ Friday open class) we won’t chase “the One”.

We’ll raise the quality of the love you move with – in your body, with others, with life itself.

Through the 5Rhythms map we’ll explore:

> Flowing – From “melt into me” to “I feel myself, so I can really feel you.”

> Staccato – From “do anything to keep me” to “let’s choose each other clearly – YES, NO included.”

> Chaos – From soulmate drama to the delicious uncertainty of not knowing.

> Lyrical – From Disney ending to ordinary magic: light, playful, nobody owned.

> Stillness – From “forever” to “here and now, this is true.”

We’ll move with our inner drama queens, without judging them – and let the body show us where we’re still in the fairy tale and where love becomes real, spacious, alive.

If I say no to you… will you love me anyway, or even more?
