DESCRIPTION

A hand sway, a movement, a step, a pause, a bow, a turn, a singing, a procession, a breath, a dance. A Ritual.

When practicing Rituals, we slow down, we remember, we connect and we are present.

A flowing movement.

A repetition inviting focus.

A way to empty our mind and open our attention to beauty and connection.

Rituals are remembered from generations to generations through embodied practices.

From sacred to culture and traditions, traces of rituals have been found all the way back to 30 000 years ago.

Our body knows a ritual dance. Our cells remember the ancestral ritual. It is a natural and sacred movement meditation, supported by the 5Rhythms.

In Bali, rituals are everywhere. All the time.

In this one day 5Rhythms Wave workshop, we dance and honor Rituals with a Bali flavour respectfully weaved with local traditions.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
