Let’s put our feet firmly on the ground, so firmly, that you we feel her pulse and caring power.
May her juices flow, fill up our ROOTS and nourish each cell of our bodies – let them feel and express, once again.
Alive and awakened they will find strength to purify, to shed old skin and say farewell to all of those things that do not serve us anymore.
And then, in full trust for here and now, we will take a deep breath, open our arms wide and, listening to our hearts, spread our WINGS and let them carry us.
GROUNDED IN OUR BODIES, LET US SPREAD OUR WINGS.
