5Rhythms is the most accessible and most direct way to connect to my true life. It also helps to create a deep connection with fellow dancers without any need for words or explanations. One of the amazing aspects of this practice is that you don't need to learn it before you do it. You can just start and there you are, in the middle of it already. Another amazing aspect is that body strength, age or skills doesn't matter. All types of people can dance together.
The five different rhythms are helping us to unlock different areas of our being, in the territory of body and heart and mind. When you do all of them in a succession, it works as a medicinal practice, integrating the diversity in you and helping to reach a peaceful state.
