DESCRIPTION
Two days in which we will move together and explorethe ‘flip side’ of the 5Rhythms.
We will use Gabrielle’s ‘Shadow maps’ to uncover the parts of ourselves we keep hidden, to let them dance
NOTES
It is recommended that you have some experience in dancing the 5Rhythms before this course,
