This time we will work with roles, masks and archetypes. Every era, society and culture has its own way of defining women. But who are you underneath all of it?
What roles fit you like a glove and what really fucks you up? Accept it, play with it, dance it and feel that your are much more then all of this. Time to tap into the source of your power. Your core! Home of your heart The ideal ground for self love.

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
