Este intensivo es un espacio para escuchar el cuerpo, el alma y la verdad que hemos ignorado durante tanto tiempo. 

Abrazar la soledad es incluirnos en nuestra propia vida, para que nuestras relaciones dejen de ser un lugar de carencia o demanda y se conviertan en un lugar de conexión real. 

No un “arreglar”, no un “lograr”, sino un recordar.

Danzar, escuchar, soltar. Reconocer que la soledad como la puerta hacia una vida más plena y auténtica.
