DESCRIPTION

The intention is an intimate gathering, max 20 people, sharing in simplicity this time of rebirth: awakening the body and the sense through the 5Rhythms map, meditation, rituals and voice (we'll be doing Sound temples). 

If weather is good we'll be walking trough powerful spots in the intense and wild nature of this land (rivers, mountains and woods)

Se il tempo sarà bello cammineremo O DANZEREMO con le cuffie attraverso luoghi suggestivi nella natura intensa e selvaggia di questa terra (fiumi, montagne e boschi)
