Gabrielle Roth Through the practice of intuitive movement and focus on body parts, we surrender to the 5 rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness. In this workshop, we explore tools that can serve us to open the gates to our souls, inspiration and higher consciousness. We will investigate how to fluidly integrate body, mind and soul into one living, breathing, thinking, loving, dancing Human Being.
