A 5Rhythms® and Tao Tantric Arts Ceremonial JourneyA movement-based gathering to return to your juicy aliveness, the kind that emerges after winter dormancy.
Marcia and Minke will guide you toward what is awakening within. We summon our loving ancestors to witness and accompany our journey of remembering our pure life force, gifted to us as our natural, vital, and sexual energy.
Through 5Rhythms® dance and Tao Tantric Arts, including Qigong, we enter an experiential journey that weaves individual exploration with shared group connection, held within a compassionate container.
We answer the call of what serves our embodied presence in these times.
This is a springtime homecoming to our energetic, luscious birthright, anchored in movement and dance.
No prior experience is needed. All genders are welcome.
