DESCRIPTION
In our lives, most of us have behaviors that we like and that we don't like. What we like about ourselves, our light side, is shared when in public. Our shadows are expressed, often unconsciously, in our intimate- and family relationships. Whether we like it or not, it is all life energy. 5Rhythms offers us a map where we can discover all these energies. Light and dark, our most beautiful and ugliest dance.In this Waves & Hearbeat weekend we find ways to move from resistance to fluidity, from frustration to clarity and from numbness to aliveness. We create a circle of trust where we dance, write and speak. Because our shadow sides become mostly visible in our intimate relationships, everyone benefits when we become more aware of them.
5Rhythms is the best meditation for anyone who wants to move and enjoys good music. It is my greatest love and all the experience in 24 years of 5Rhythms dance and 16 years of teaching I share with you. Welcome!
