If we do something often enough it becomes natural ~
The more we return to it, the more we integrate it, the simpler it feels.
We almost can’t believe that it ever seemed so complicated.

At the same time, if it’s something of real value,
The more we get to know it, the more it reveals its depth.
We just keep moving beyond where it once seemed to end..

There’s a paradox here:
The things that matter become simpler, yet deeper, the further we enter in

And after years of exploration, we return to the beginning
To find that everything was already there in its most essential form.

This is an invitation to attend to the basic practice of the 5 Rhythms,
Undistracted and intrigued,
To see where we are
And to find our next layer of embodiment and understanding
~ New simplicity, new depths.

This Ongoing Group will meet six times over six weekends, beginning in November and ending in April 2015.

Each time we meet, we will focus on one of the 5 Rhythms in detail ~ combining deep study with deep immersion, offering ourselves again and again to the practice of the dance, and opening to receive the gifts and teachings it contains for our lives.

Six months of dance, nourishment, friendship, growth, and support.
A space to renew ourselves, with kindness, discipline, and joy!
