DESCRIPTION
How do the shadows of 5Rhythms move? In this workshop we explore the shadow map of the 5Rhythms in a playful and inclusive way.In Flowing we meet inertia and move through resistance into a fluid movement. In Staccato we transform tension into clarity. In Chaos we move through confusion and overwhelm by letting go and being grounded in uncertainty. In Lyrical we move from spaced out and disconnected to a soulful and connected existence. In Stillness we meet numbness and move with the breath into embodied presence.
