With Rose Karen Ramsay
This is the second of three Sundays to dance our journey, from the depths of winter to the spring equinox, when the day becomes longer than night and the green ones return to our northern lands. Each workshop can be taken as a stand alone piece of work, but for those of us who can do all the workshops, there will be a narrative thread that links all three pieces of work.
•20th Jan - 'Dancing The Mid-Winter Blues’ - an afternoon to dance through the blues of winter, inviting all that glitters and glows to lighten up our dance, using the Wave to guide our journey.
•17th Feb - 'Stirring The Pot’ - inviting in a little magic, stirring the wishing pot, aiding our intentions for the coming spring.
•24th March - 'Spring Equinox' - marking the moment when day and night are of equal length, sending a loving kiss to winter and her austere wisdom, and turning to face the returning spring
