DESCRIPTION

Are you ready to fully embrace the wonder and delight of being alive?

Join us for an exhilarating 5Rhythms workshop where we will use movement, music, and the beat to tap into our deepest sense of aliveness.

Through the practice of the 5Rhythms - flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical, and stillness - we will explore the full spectrum of our physical, emotional, and spiritual selves - as immortalised by the words and actions of Roman Emperor Marcus Aurelius: “What stands in the way becomes the way. The impediment to action advances action” - each rhythm offers a unique pathway for self-expression, self-discovery, and transformation.

All ages and physicalities are welcome. No previous dancing experience required - there are no steps to learn!

NOTES

Times:

Friday 11th August: 7.30pm-9.30pm

Saturday 12th August: 10.00am-5.00pm

Sunday 13th August: 10am-5pm

Doors will open on Friday at 7:20pm (this will be open to dancers not attending the workshop)

Saturday and Sunday

Doors will open at 09:45

Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel 7 days prior to the start of workshop (7.30 Friday 19th August) we will offer you either a full refund or a credit for a future workshop.

In the event that we have to cancel the class, we will offer you a full refund or credit for a future class.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PREREQUISITES: No prerequisites required.
