SWEAT YOUR PRAYERS once a month
5RHYTHMS DROP IN CLASS
These workshops are for those who wish to practice the 5Rhythms. Supported by music you follow your own movement through the Wave of 5Rhythms and dance freely on your own or with others. At these workshops, the teacher encourages movement primarily through music with minimal guidance or instruction.
This is a open practice and as such requires discipline. Although the teacher holds the intention and can offer general focus or introduction, each person must rely on him/herself to remain conscious and move through whatever shows up in the dance: confidence, fatigue, old sadness, new obsessions, judgments and comparisons, attractions and distractions.

Location: Češki Dom, Šubićeva 20, Zagreb
* the workshop will be held at other location: Makronova, Ilica 11/1st floor
Time: 19:30-21:30h
Fee: full price is 65 kunas. If you apply latest the day before (Friday prior to the workshop) online with a non-refundable deposit of 25 kunas, the price is 50 kunas. Working price is 25 kunas.
What to bring: comfortable clothes in layers and shoes (you can dance barefoot on this floor), water to drink
