This weekend workshop is designed for anyone wishing to explore and deepen the spaces of power and freedom that dance offers in a mindful way.

Finding one's natural movement, supporting the absence of mental resistance, and understanding the energy available in our bodies allows us to experience profound meditative and ecstatic states.

Guillaume Laplane shares his 20 years of facilitation experience and passion for dance as a source of transformation and self-expansion. His spaces invite gentleness, creativity, and joy as a practice of meditation and awareness in the moment.
