In this special 3-hour Heartbeat workshop we’ll explore the transitions between the emotions. The shifting ground. The edge. The breath before a feeling changes form.

We’ll turn our attention to how emotions live inside the Wave, how they rise and fall, and how one emotion can flow — or collide — into the next. Why is Fear followed by Anger? What awakens in the passage from Anger into Sadness? How does Joy emerge after Grief?

These are not just emotional ideas — they are physical experiences waiting to be danced, felt, and released. Through movement, breath, and the structure of the 5Rhythms Heartbeat map, we’ll explore the transitions between emotional energies: subtle, powerful, and often misunderstood.

Each core emotion has its own rhythm, and yet none stand alone.

In this workshop, we’ll dance them as a continuum — discovering what’s underneath, what connects them, and what freedom lives in-between.

Let’s meet in the space where feeling becomes transformation. 

Previous Waves level experience is needed.  This Heartbeat session is open to all who feel called to deepen their emotional embodiment. No prior Heartbeat experience is required — just your willingness to feel, to move, and to let emotion become motion.

This workshop contributes a total of 3 Heartbeat hours towards 5Rhythms Teacher Training.
