'All solo performers are storytellers' - Jo Bonney Individuals have told stories in front of other members of their tribe for thousands of years. So with the articulation of the mother drum pulling us into shapes and the driving beat with tribal voices calling our soul to dance we will explore our story to be told, witnessed and shared. We will explore this terrain with awareness of movement connected to breath. How do we move from one, to other, to community and remain true to our centre?NOTES
Bodhi is accredited at both 'Waves' and 'Heartbeat' levels of 5Rhythms and has been teaching for 10 years. He works as a Psychotherapist with a background in Herbal Medicine and Mindfulness.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
