DESCRIPTION
The Sun. Lets honour the movements of the suns cycles as they move in each of us through dance as we approach Summer. The dancer inside follows the simplicity of movement Dance can weave magic that strengthens and brings more balance. Beginners and those steeped in the 5Rhythms are welcome.NOTES
This day workshop is offered in Sheffield May 19 and then in Belper, Derbyshire June 2. Both are Sundays. Cost is £37 until May 6, £45 after this date. To book email Sarah directly dancetherhythms@gmail.com
