The power of dancing 2027 - Summer retreat in waves and heartbeat

This summer’s workshop “Power of dancing” will start with 1,5 days of waves, to create grounding and safety, followed by a full 5 days of heartbeat.

“The second major task is to express the heart, freeing the emotions to experience the power of loving.” Gabrielle Roth.

We will dance our inner landscapes of the emotions, finding magic and touching dances, which melt the heart and open up to ‘the power of loving’. We will dance our outer landscapes to explore the mystery of life itself to find new truths and wisdom about, who we really are. We will invite courage and presence into our dances, express forms, cross limits and surrender to what is. We will share the joy of our dancing soul and hold it all in the freedom of stillness.

Since 2022, we have danced in waves and heartbeat. We have had some wonderful weeks together exploring the body and the heart. You are so welcome to join us this summer in our warm and loving tribe.

Teacher: Birgitte Rasmussen, 5Rhythms teacher since 2008, heartbeat since 2022.

*This workshop counts as 5 full days of heartbeat as Prerequisite for Teacher Training.

Refund Policy

1) You can sell your ticket to another dancer, who has danced 1.5 day of waves

2) You can pay an administration amount and get the rest repaid until May the 20th, 3) After May the 20th, you will still get 50% repaid until and included Wednesday, June the 30th. From Thursday July the 1st, there is NO compensation, unless you have an insurance, which will help you.

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
