Life is a constant transition; from birth to death, from year to year, day to day, ...
When is it time to move into action? When is it time to hold back or move into surrender and acceptance.
When is it time to just sit and listen?
If times are tough we can be acutely aware of change... This is an opportunity to learn and grow by simply returning to the wisdom of the body.
I invite you to join us on this three-day journey in which we will explore the transitions between each of the five rhythms.
An exploration into your own unique transient dance.
