DESCRIPTION
November is a time of transition, a threshold, as we move into the darkest times of the year. A threshold is defined as a point of entry, a new beginning, an opening, a crossing. Whenever you leave your home, walk from one room to another, or enter a building, you are crossing a threshold—And a threshold is not a simple boundary; it is a frontier that divides two different territories,and rhythms. At any time, you can ask yourself: At which threshold am I now standing? At this time in my life, what am I leaving? Where am I about to enter? What is preventing me from crossing my next threshold? What gift would enable me to do it?
We will use the 5 Rhythms practice to explore how we move across the thresholds of each rhythm and maybe learn some skills that we can bring to times of transition in our lives.
Venue: Ellis Hall, Letterfrack, Connemara, Co. Galway
Dates: Sunday November 23rd, 2025.
Time: 10.30am to 1pm.
