How is to take a friendly attitude towards our emotions? All of them?
Love itself has no problem with fear, anger, sadness or joy
In this workshop we will cultivate a space of loving kindness so that any and all emotional energy can arise and be included in our dance.
Most of us learned to resist and suppress certain emotions, and/or simply did not have the capacity to experience them fully. All of this happening outside our conscious awareness.
When we create a sufficiently relaxed and friendly container and actively invite some of these rejected emotions to join the party, we can have a lot of fun or at least appreciate the fresh burst of aliveness they bring along.
We can find we can trust love itself to always be there, no matter what we are feeling.
