DESCRIPTION

En la danza de la vida, ser visto rara vez es un acto neutral. Existe una tensión constante entre el anhelo de ser visto y el impulso de retirarse a las sombras. En este taller de los 5Ritmos, profundizaremos en esta polaridad y nos adentraremos en las formas en que nos enmascaramos y cubrimos nuestra verdadera esencia.

Llevamos muchas máscaras, creamos muchas fachadas para ocultar nuestro auténtico yo. Juntos arrojaremos luz sobre los personajes que encarnamos. Desenmascararemos a los escurridizos que exigen la perfección, a los fanáticos del control, a los niños de ojos grandes que anhelan el amor y a las personas ferozmente independientes -no necesito a nadie-.

A través de la danza, desvelaremos lo que se esconde bajo estos disfraces. ¿Qué intentamos ocultar realmente? Exploremos, revelemos, bailemos nuestra verdad.

Prerequisitos: sesiones de 2h (Olas)

Este trabajo cuenta como medio nivel de HeartBeat y medio nivel de Wave para el entrenamiento de los 5 Ritmos.

En Heartbeat, exploramos nuestras emociones como energía, como poder, como parte integral del ser humano. Los viejos sentimientos que han estado encerrados en nuestras extremidades o encerrados en nuestro pecho empiezan a liberarse. Nos sentimos a gusto con los sentimientos, sin aferrarnos a ellos ni alejarlos.

A 5Rhythms dance and ritual theater workshop with healing potential.

In the dance of life, being seen is rarely a neutral act. There’s a constant tension between the longing to be seen and the urge to retreat into the shadows. In this 5Rhythms workshop, we’ll dive deep into this polarity, moving through the ways we mask ourselves, the ways we cover our true essence.

We wear so many masks, create so many facades to hide our authentic selves. Together, we will shine a light on these characters we embody. We’ll bring into focus the slick demanders of perfection, the control freaks, the wide-eyed babydolls yearning for love, and the fiercely independent -I don’t need anybody- personas.

Through the dance, we’ll unfold what lies beneath these disguises. What are we really trying to conceal? Let’s explore, let’s reveal, let’s dance our truth.

Prerequisites: 2h sessions (Waves)

This work counts as half HeartBeat level and half Wave level for the 5 Rhythms training.

In Heartbeat, we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as an integral part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked up in our limbs or locked up in our chest begin to release. We feel at ease with feelings, without clinging to them or pushing them away.
