DESCRIPTION
In this one-day workshop we dance deeper into each rhythm by dancing 1 flowing wave, 1 staccato wave, 1 chaos wave, 1 lyrical wave and 1 stillness wave. We are going to move through this movement meditation, reflect, dancing by ourselves and together. Spending intimate time with 5Rhythms, present on the dance floor and in life."Movement is my medium and my metaphor. I know that if a wave of energy is allowed to complete itself, it yields a whole new wave, and in fact that is all I really know.
