DESCRIPTION
Singing together creates resonance, relaxation, and joy. Is stimulates the vagus nerve and allows us to let go of tension and be in the present. What is your story around your voice? How has it changed over time? What is your voice longing to sing, say, speak right now in these chaotic times? Have you ever wondered how your voice works? We will explore these questions and dive deeply into the voice as an essential body part in this workshop combining the genius of Gabrielle Roth's 5Rhythms and the opening, freeing practice of Somatic Voicework. We will share our stories, move into and through them, and SING together!!! This workshop is appropriate for all singers, no experience is necessary. All are invited.We
