DESCRIPTION

This retreat is a journey into our primal, instinctive self, into our unexplored bodily wilderness, into the joy of being alive. We tend to regard our bodies as useful allies, or tools, which help us achieve our goals. Our bodies have physical strength, so they can work, they can also perform complicated movements, so we can use them to tap phone screens or play football, etc. And sometimes we forget that our bodies are simply alive. They are beautiful living organisms, which deserve our attention, and which are limitless treasure troves of joy. We dedicate this retreat to the process of descending from the “heights” of our minds to the “depths” of our bodies. Slowing down, awakening our senses, connecting to the beats of our hearts, to the breaths of our lungs, to the stomps of our feet.

You are welcome to join us. No previous experience in 5Rhythms or any other kind of dance is needed. Bring yourself as you are, and give yourself a chance to enter your own amazing jungle….

No previous experience is needed. Everybody is welcome.

When?

From Friday June 29th at 19:00 to Sunday July 2nd at 13:00

Price

200 Euro for booking by May 31st 2023; 240 Euro afterwards

Friday evening only: 100 RON (20 EUR).

Group discount available, if paying together:

– For 2 people paying together: 10% discount; for couples there are additional discounts (please contact the organizer)

– For 3+ people paying together: 15% discount

– During the early booking period you have the opportunity to apply for a scholarship if you have financial difficulties. Please let us know if you are interested and we’ll send you the details.

Accommodation price: 100 RON/ night in a double bed room and 150 RON/ night in a single room (limited single rooms). 50 RON/ night with your own tent (access to the bathroom and eating room in the house facilities)

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
