We face emotional exposure wherever we are in our lives, in a new relationship, an important meeting, our creative process or in a difficult family conversation.
Any exposure includes a degree of vulnerability. During these dancing days together we will practice the power of vulnerability through our courage, engagement and willingness to show up and bring attention to our emotional landscape (fear, anger, sorrow, joy and compassion) to be explored, felt, seen and befriended.
The 5Rhythms Heartbeat map is an embodied route to practice emotional awareness through the movement language of our own bones, breath and muscles.
We will invite trust and compassion to each other and ourselves. With the support of curiosity we will bring awareness to areas where we might have physical and emotional armor, which keeps us from being in our power of vulnerability and the wholehearted authentic human being that we all are.
