Through the 5Rhythms map, we will dance together and viscerally explore how prayer moves as a healing art; within ourselves, and with each other.

We will open to the inherent strength of turning to the wisdom all 5 rhythms (five essential energies of life) and to the way dance “gives wings” to the people of Gaza.

Wings is open to everyone who holds space in their hearts for the rights of love and dreams, life and freedom, equality and respect of the Palestinian people.

You are invited to bring an object with you to place on the installation for these prayers.

All proceeds will go directly to the Palestinian Children's Relief Fund (PCRF), founded in 1991 , provides free medical care to thousands of injured and ill Palestinian children who lack local access to care within the local health care system. At this time, the PCRF is providing urgent, critical care to the children of Gaza including access to clean water, food, hygiene and medical supplies. Funds are also being used to bring activities and toys for moments of joy and relief to the children, alleviating emotional and psychological trauma.
