When we dance from inside out, we will meet thepossibility of inner freedom, the openness of the heart and the power ofpresent being. Most of us have met the spirit of life in nature, giving birth,in love or in meditation. Through the 5rhythms and the expression of the body,we’ll experience, how dance is a doorway to this openness and connect us to the mystery.NOTES
