a breath of fresh air between xmas and new year.
on friday night we'll dance to let go and release the xmas energy
on saturday we'll invite the 5Rhythms to bring their refreshing essence into our whole being (including the bits on between) so we feel as completely renewed as one day of dance will allow! and ready to step towards the new year with clarity.
