I have always been curious. At school I studied many different subjects with interest. It took me some time until I found where my fascination cumulates: It is discovering and expressing myself with the whole body, that ignites me most. Connecting my head with my feet, my heart with the spontaneous movements of my body, my truth with my actions. My passion with the path to become a 5 rhythms teacher.

I have studied psychology at uni, worked with people in a psychosomatic clinic for 2,5 years and right now I am studying yoga in India. By teaching the 5 rhythms, I want to provide what has been so valuable to me: a space to be, play, explore, connect, express, grow, deepen and be authentic with all the parts - body, mind, heart, soul.
