Annual Women's 5Rhythms Full Moon Dance: outside in nature 🌕🌸🌱These dances are an invitation for all women to come together to dance the 5Rhythms and experience this outside in nature, in relation to the full moon.

This month we will dance with the full moon moving into Aquarius ~ symbolising the Community ~ a prefect time to be coming together for our Annual dance.
We will use the grounding & yielding feminine energies of the garden and the dance to support us to connect to ourselves; body, heart & mind. To use the dance to activate, release and let go safely. Dancing through the chaos of these times, supported by nature and the togetherness of women, we can align ourselves with soul, love and our higher purpose.
We will be dancing in nature in the beautiful private gardens at Brockwell Park, South London ~ using silent disco headsets for a full immersion into the physical & musical landscapes of the 5Rhythms. We will dance amongst the summer flowers and fruits, herb garden, squirrels, mice, foxes, the birds & the bees! Connecting with the nature within us and all around us. And the moon rising above us.
This is a weather dependent one off event! We will dance in light rain, however for heavy or constant rain we will cancel - (please see ticket policy below for info on tickets if cancelled)

NOTES
Refund Policy
IF WE HAVE TO CANCEL DUE TO WEATHER This is a weather dependent event! We will dance in light rain, however for heavy or constant rain we will cancel - if this is the case refunds can be offered, or transfers/credits to one of Nikki's other (mixed) events or if you still wish to dance in the garden and there are spaces available you can transfer your ticket to a 2026 Simply Being 5Rhythms garden session - these dances are held by Rich Wiltshire - please note these are mixed groups not women only
