Back to Basics is a five week series that will explore a rhythm in depth each week. Week 1: Flowing, Week 2: Sraccato, Week 3: Chaos, Week 4: Lyrical, Week 5: Stillness. Open to all. Perfect for beginners or those new to the 5Rhythms and a perfect opportunity for those more experienced 5Rhythms dancers to touch base and get Back to Basics.
